Join us Wednesday, June 28th at 6:30PM for a multi-course preview of Ushabu's summer menu: Okinawa. Chef Matthew Spinner's beautiful dishes and pairings by General Manager Michael Flaherty will guide you through a sensual history of Okinawan cuisine and libations, from the early influence of chefs traveling to apprentice in China & southeast Asia, through mainland Japan's impact after Satsuma's invasion of Ryukyu, into America's post-war administration of the islands from the 1940's to the 1970's and beyond.
Tickets go on-sale online June 1st @ 1PM. Multi-course dinner with pairings, gratuity included, $150 per person. Seating is limited to 22 guests, so this will sell out fast. Refunds are available up to 7 days in advance of the event. Please let us know of any allergies and/or dietary restrictions as we can accommodate them with proper notice. There will be no substitutions the day of the event.
